I'm not sure why, but by the time I cease my browsing and wandering down trails of links, I end up feeling quite small. I would assume the examples here were done by hand; they're all slightly different. You might try <a href="http://inforedesign.com/contact/" title="inforedesign » ???????" rel="nofollow">contacting Denis at inforedesign</a>, or reading through <a href="http://www.alistapart.com/comments/ala40/" title="A List Apart 4.0" rel="nofollow">the discussion page for that <abbr title="A List Apart">ALA</abbr> redesign article</a>, or <a href="http://www.sidejobtrack.com/about/about.php" title="Side Job Track" rel="nofollow">contacting R.
