AIM Something

Well after a serious hiatus, i’m back on AIM. I was partly sick of the AIM client bloat and hacks to get it to do what i wanted, but mainly because it just stopped connecting and i didn’t feel like trying to fix it. I still had Google Talk.

But then i found AOL’s new tiny chat client AIM Lite at AOL’s Greenhouse [via Photo Matt]. It’s also called by the names “Lite Aim,” “AIM ET,” AIM ES,” and “LAIM,” but anyway it’s the new black and blue one.

No ads. Light on memory. I can’t do my profile links, but that’s something i’ve been needing to move here to my blog anyway.
