Some fixes i made back in September, but never commited.

• When the Search Bar is empty, the label text is now gray.
• A bunch of menulist fixes. Either things had changed, or i had things styled wrong originally, or both. Discovered after testing the Live Titles feature for bookmarks; there weren’t many menulist elements to check against in previous versions.
• Added necessary files for Manage Search Engines List and Bookmark Properties dialogs.
