Re: Why We Drive The Way We Do
Sarah sent me a link to a book called Traffic: Why We Drive the Way We Do (and What It Says About Us). Haven’t read it, but i scanned the Q&A on Amazon’s page. This quote caught my eye:
Drivers all tend to think they are better than average.
I’ve actually pondered that before and i honestly think i’d be in the top 10% of drivers, at least (i’m definitely curious to find out for sure). I am firmly confident in my skills, but my justification is less about myself and more about the fact that i see so many drivers on the roads that are absolutely clueless.
This could easily become a very long post about driving, traffic, road laws, driver training and licensing in America… But i will leave it with saying that i’d like to read this book.

i’m glad it peeked your interest as much or more than it did mine. we definitely need to look into getting a copy.
I speak for myself when I say, “BWAAHHHHAAHAHAHAHAHA, I drive so good like, it scares people.”
Read a chapter about parking strategies at Barnes & Noble the other night. It comes in a lot of interestingly titled little chapters on probably every aspect of driving. Looking forward to checking out the rest.
