Hancock (2008)

Not what i thought it was going to be, then again, i didn’t know what to expect. At first it seemed like it was going to be an Incredibles clone, but it took a very different turn. As with most super-hero action, some of the physics made my brain hurt (he crumbles roads when he lands, but a train crumples when it hits him and he doesn’t move an inch while standing on the ground), but luckily the story was a little deeper, and the special effects were really just background. It was weird hearing what’s now the theme song for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon by The Roots during the credits — don’t think i’d ever heard the original song before.
