Watched this across two nights. And wasn’t even totally watching it at that. Put it in initially to check the screen’s brightness and colors—i knew this was a pretty vivid looking movie. I wondered where the fictional Gotham was filmed. The flyovers and aerial shots looked great, but weren’t easily identifiable as any real city. Kinda takes the best of all the martial arts flicks and mashes them up into a pretty good tale. Some really creative weapons fights. I loved the old dude that announced the fights—he was like a Chinese version of the old bank owner’s son in Mary Poppins[ READ MORE ]
