Just ran into the WordPress DST bug, where when you set your time in the Options, it becomes one hour off during Daylight Saving Time. Posts (and comments) made on the hours on either side of Midnight get shifted into the wrong day without a proper offset. So for now, i’ve bumped up the UTC offset by an hour until either this bug is fixed or until October.
