Christmas In February

So the other night i was catching up on my homey Nina’s blog where i scrolled past this without much thought. So imagine how quickly the little hamster wheels in my head started turning when the next night i saw a box on my porch addressed from Columbus.

I guess i should have checked out the photos a little closer. Turns out she had been working on it for a while, but didn’t get a chance to finish it before Christmas. If you can’t tell from the pictures, it’s a scarf she knitted out of cashmere and something else that sounds fancy.

Christmas In February

Sorry everyone else, but this was probably the coolest gift i got for Christmas. Definitely the most thoughtful. The colors and style are perfect. I’m definitely rocking this sometime soon—it hasn’t been above freezing in days. Thanks, Nina!

You’re very welcome. I’ve been so excited to see if you got for like the whole day. Between running in and out of the house I’ve been peepin my email and blog real quick all day…I know, such a goober.
I’m glad you really like it. I was worried after you revealed not too long ago that your favorite color was actually orange not that wild green that I had seen you wear throughout the years!
Anyway, I thought you’d like the cashmere hope it pimps your wardrobe and keeps you warm!

Hmm, i don’t remember saying orange was my color, but the scarf actually matches the colors of my Firefox theme—gray, black, and a little green.
