My Car Status 2008Mar26

Got VA state safety inspection done this morning at Karen Radley VW dealer, and a service wash. Got the no-cost hook up on the inspection for some reason. They recommended all 4 brake rotors and pads be replaced as the pads are down to 4mm; cost: $1000.
